Returns, Refunds, Exchange and Order Cancellation

To request a return or exchange pick-up, login to your account and place request by clicking on the Return/Exchange button. See account page snapshot below.

    Return/Exchange Policy         
  • We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. However,  customers can initiate returns if they are not  satisfied with the product for any reason. Customers can also exchange with another size in case of a sizing issue. 
  • For items being returned, customers will be refunded of the full order amount. Refund payments to customers are made within 48 hours of returned product being received by us.
  • In case of any issues related with shipped order items, returns, exchanges, or refunds, customers can contact us on email on contact@merrigokidz.com or call us on (91) 92665 85250
     
     Return/Exchange Requirements
  • The product would be required to be packed and sealed in a shipping bag (any non-transparent and water-proof bag may be used) by the customer. The bag will be picked up as it is by the delivery partner. 
  • The product being returned or exchanged must not be damaged or stained.

    Return and Refund Process
  • Returns have to be initiated within 10 days of customer receiving the product.
  • Customers will receive an sms indicating the time of pick up from the customer.
  • In case of pre-paid orders, the refund will be via Razorpay to the same UPI/Card/Netbanking from which payment was made by the customer.
  • In case of COD orders, we will send a request to the customer for their phone number that is linked to customer's UPI and then transfer the refund amount.

     Exchange Process
  • Exchanges have to be initiated within 10 days of customer receiving the product.
  • Customers will receive an sms indicating the time of pick up from the customer.
  • Upon receiving the product, the requested size will be shipped by us.
     Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, login to your account and click on the Cancel button located alongside the order.

  • Orders may be cancelled by a customer till the time they are shipped.
